Why we exist
There is a gap in most businesses between the people who understand the work and the people who can build systems. Agencies arrive fluent in technology and vague about the business. Internal teams understand the work but have no capacity to build. Projects die in that gap, usually politely, usually around week four.
NEXUS AI exists to close it. Our team has run operations, owned delivery and quality numbers, and managed the people currently doing the manual work. We also build and deploy the systems ourselves rather than subcontracting the part that matters.
